How do I join?
Cellar Reserve Memberships are available at membership.crookedstave.com. Click the purchase now button at the bottom of the page to join.

Will you ship?
Unfortunately we are not able to ship beer directly to customers. All Cellar Reserve bottles and merchandise will be available for pick up only, at our brewery.

Can I still join if I don’t live near the brewery?
Of course, we allow non-local residents to designate a trustee who can be made responsible for picking up your allotment. See below for more information about trustees.

Where can I pick up my beer?
We periodically hold Cellar Reserve releases at which time bottles and merchandise is available to pick up at our Barrel Cellar in Denver, Colorado. On the off chance you can’t make it to one of the releases, don’t worry as we will hold onto all bottles and merchandise until you are able to pick up at your convenience.

When can I pick up my beer?
We will send out a Cellar Reserve Newsletter to all members before bottles and merchandise are available for pick up. The newsletters will list the anticipated date the bottles will be released as well as additional information including any extra allotments that can be purchased, first chance at new releases and any special Cellar Reserve events.

How do I get my beer?
Just bring a valid drivers license or passport ID and you Cellar Reserve Member Card.

Will you hold the beer for me?
In the event you are not able to pick up your allotments during releases, we will hold all 2013 Cellar Reserve allotted bottles and merchandise until March 21st 2014. At which time any Cellar Reserve bottles or merchandise will be consumed by the brewery staff ; )

Do I have the option of buying additional bottles?
As a Cellar Reserve Member you are guaranteed the first opportunity to purchase any surplus bottles, to some limitation, before they go on sale to the public.

Can I cancel my order?
All orders are final once placed. If you feel you made a mistake in the quantity purchased please email cellarreserve@crookedstave.com immediately.

How do I designate a Colorado Trustee?
A Colorado Trustee is someone you designate to pick up your bottles and merchandise for you if you are not local to the brewery, also known as a mule. When you sign up for the membership you can designate a CO Trustee by sending an email to cellarreserve@crookedstave.com. The Trustee will be added to the membership under your name. Make sure they bring a valid ID or they will not be able to get your beer for you.

Can I change my trustee?
You can change your trustee by emailing cellarreserve@crookedstave.com but please try not to as this could cause some confusion. The new CO Trustee will be added to your membership list under your name and replace the old CO Trustee. Make sure they bring a valid ID or they will not be able to get your beer for you.

Is my spot held for next year?
As a current Cellar Reserve Member you will have first right of refusal for 2014 membership and your spot will be guaranteed as long as you remain a member or until the program ceases to exist. Cellar Reserve members have two weeks to reserve their membership before all remaining memberships go on sale to the public.
